DiFiore & Benitez, formerly known as Anderson DiFiore, is a Rochester-based law firm specializing in family and criminal law. Founded in 2004 by Attorney Carl Anderson as Anderson Law, the firm transitioned to new ownership in March 2025 when Attorney Danielle DiFiore took over following Anderson's retirement. DiFiore, who became a partner in 2022, has made Attorney Brenda Benitez a partner in the newly renamed practice. The firm has relocated to 1816 Second St. SW in Rochester and continues its commitment to providing exceptional legal services to families in Southeast Minnesota. In addition to the two partners, DiFiore & Benitez includes Attorney Sherri Whalen and Associate Attorney Breanna Ohl, supported by a dedicated team of four staff members. While maintaining the strong reputation and client service that has been the hallmark of the practice for over 21 years, DiFiore and Benitez are introducing modern approaches to better serve their clients' needs.
